What is the hill climb
A short, intense uphill time trial, designed to get into the UGWS weekend spirit
in an explosive format. Each rider tackles the climb alone and the goal is simple:
set the fastest time to the Fort.
The activity is free for 114 Gravel Race (UGWS) entrants, but requires
prior registration as places are limited.
Forte da Graça
The Forte de Nossa Senhora da Graça (also known as Forte Conde de Lippe)
overlooks the hill north of Elvas and is part of the Elvas fortifications, a
World Heritage Site. A perfect setting for a short, tough climb with unique views.
The prize-giving takes place at the fort itself after the hill climb.
